This workshop is designed to introduce educators to the practice of understanding, recognizing, and responding to the effects of racial trauma on teaching and learning. Participants deepen self-actualization, expand pedagogical practices and co-construct culturally restorative curriculum and engagement as a central feature in dismantling the effects of racism in schools and universities.
